Fleeting thoughts...

Fleeting thoughts raging through my mind,
Those forbidden words;unspoken
Could this be goodbye?

Tears unshed well up my sorrowful eyes,
The years of uneasiness overwhelm me.
I had pictured us together forever.
Now all that remains is a half winged frame,

All that was felt dyed in black and white.
The timeless love had taken its toll,
And the glass shattered into countless pieces.
What good is a heart without a reason to beat?

Life was hard to bare with you,
And the wonder of letting go...
Is a fleeting thought itself....

Remember...

that your life can be what you want it to be.
to take the days just one at a time
to count your blessings, not your troubles.
that you'll make it through whatever comes along.
that most of the answers you need are within you.
those dreams waiting to be realised.
that decisions are too important to leave to chance.
to always reach for the best within you.
that nothing wastes more energy than worry.
that not getting what you want is sometimes a wonderful stroke of luck.
that the longer you carry a grudge, the heavier it gets.
not to take things too seriously
to laugh
that a little love goes a long way.
that a lot goes forever.
that happiness is more often found in giving than getting.
that life's treasures are people, not things.
to cleanse your heart at the end of each day

Hope of an Angel

But look around you,
what do you see?
It's just a mirage!
For the true picture is hidden,
behind the cold and dark mist
filled with sorrowful tears
Walk ahead and make your way,
through the haziness infront of you.
Soar above the clouds in grace.
Youre a free spirit,
feelings lost in an endless sea;
sinking without faith.

But you realise it now,
things are not what they seem.
Let your fear go
and embrace the light
behold an angel in glory;
a soul in delight.

Walk of Life...

As I walk alone
Through the mystery of life
I felt eyes follow my every step
Heard voices that tried to guide me
Though no one would accompany me,
In the dire times that I needed a hand
To help me through it all
I never felt like giving up
I walked alone in anguish
In silence and in thought
With tears streaking down my face
Observing everyone around me
Learning and cherishing
And somewhere along the winding road
Dreams started to colour my path
Hope filled my empty heart
Faith lifted my spirit up
With all these friends beside me
I held them close to me,
Never letting them out of my sight
And I don't walk alone anymore...

My Thoughts...

Where are my thoughts?
Lost somewhere...
With a jolt I realise
I have misplaced them

Who can help me find them?
Where did I leave them?
Surely I kept them safe,
Hidden from all the eyes

I can't ask for help,
They might take them away
Far away into another galaxy
But there must be a way....

Oh I'm panicking now,
Wish they would come back
Find there way back to me
I miss them so...

Bill Gates- After Death

"Well, Bill," said God, "I'm really confused on this one. I'm not sure whether to send you to Heaven or Hell! After all, you helped society enormously by putting a computer in almost every home in the world and yet you created that ghastly Windows. I'm going to do something I've never done before.

I'm going to let you decide where you want to go!"

Mr. Gates replied, "Well, thanks, Lord. What's the difference between the two?"

God said, "You can take a peek at both places briefly if it will help you decide. Shall we look at Hell first?"
"Sure!" said Bill. "Let's go!"

Bill was amazed! He saw a clean, white sandy beach with clear waters. There were thousands of beautiful women running around, playing in the water, laughing and frolicking about.

The sun was shining and the temperature was just perfect! Bill said, "This is great! If this is Hell, I can't wait to see Heaven!" To which God replied, "Let's go!" and off they went.
Bill saw puffy white clouds in a beautiful blue sky with angels drifting about playing harps and singing. It was nice, but surely not as enticing as Hell.

Mr. Gates thought for only a brief moment and rendered his decision. "God, I do believe I would like to go to Hell."

"As you desire," said God.

Two weeks later, God decided to check up on the late billionaire to see how things were going. He found Bill shackled to a wall, screaming among the hot flames in a dark cave. He was being burned and tortured by demons.

"How ya doin', Bill?" asked God. Bill responded with anguish and despair. "This is awful! This is not what I expected at all! What happened to the beach and the beautiful women playing in the water?"

"Oh, THAT!" said God. "That was the screen saver"

Just a joke that I thought was funny...hope you all like it..cheers
